It will comprise a 65-storey high-rise, high-end hotel and serviced apartment tower; and (2 Nos.) 59-storey, high-end serviced apartment towers. They will be built over a 15-storey mixed-use podium consisting of retail and parking levels. It is ideally located on Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard and close to The Dubai Mall Extension. Each of its corner apartments has around 270 degree views with Northeast and Southwest balconies as well as its top six levels are containing penthouse units with rooftop terraces. Towers will look out to “Burj Khalifa”, the world's tallest building, and the Dubai Fountain.
