This project will be located on Plot No. 345-421 substations located at Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard, Downtown Dubai, Dubai. The scope of work of this project involves the design, supply, testing, installation and commisioning of the 132/11 kV substation comprising a ground floor plus 2 floors along with other associated works. The new capacity will enable Emaar Properties, the master-developer, to strengthen the power network for future projects there. The substation work is scheduled for completion in 18 months. The main contract is expected to be awarded to a local Electrical Engineering Company. Work is slated for completion by December 2018 (Q4 of 2018).
