This project involves construction of Studio M Hotel on Plot No. 373-1150 at Al Barsha 1 in Dubai. Local Contracting has been appointed as the main contractor. The project is about Construction of a new hotel comprising a basement, ground floor and (13) floors offering (144) guestrooms. The partnership aims at developing Studio M Al Barsha. It will be the second Studio M property in the UAE and will open in Q4 this year. The hotel includes 155 rooms. The hotel will also feature an urban deli style restaurant, all-day dining outlet and coffee shop. Facilities also include a fitness center, swimming pool. Thoughtful, well designed spaces with the “cool” factor. Stylish, high quality rooms and integrated fuss-free technology. Studio M provides minimal facilities with amenities outsourced for easy, preventive maintenance and simple low cost hotel operations. Studio M is a 3 star, lifestyle hotel concept, offering smart, savvy travelers, designer chic and contemporary functionality.
