This project involves construction of Studio M Hotel at Al Hail district along Sultan Qaboos Highway, near the airport in Muscat. Construction of a three-star hotel comprising a basement level, a ground floor, a parking level and (6) additional floors offering (302) rooms.The hotel will encompass Studio M brand's focus on the Millennial market, with minimalist design and contemporary features and functionality. Millennium & Copthorne MEA has entered into an agreement with Al Madina Hotels & Resorts, hospitality arm of the client, to develop this hotel. Local Adhi Oman has been appointed as the main contractor. Structural works are currently in progress. It is understood that the MEP contract will be awarded in March 2017. The development is expected to be completed by December 2017.
