The project involves construction of a modern five-star hotel Steigenberger, comprising about 200 rooms, including junior suites and a high-quality Presidential Suite . The hotel will be located on Doha Airport Road in Qatar. The hotel offers a large conference center with a 400 square meter ballroom as well as several seminar and meeting rooms. This five star hotel at a 65,504 m2 mixed used development comprising offices, retail and hospitality components. Total hotel gross area: approx. 20,000 m2 Guests will be able to relax in a generously proportioned fitness and health spa centre with various saunas, a swimming pool, a gym and massage and beauty treatment rooms. Culinary requirements at the hotel will be served by two international restaurants. One will specialise in Lebanese food, and the other will feature a 200 m2 terrace. A Shisha Bar is also planned. "Following the signing of agreements for projects in China and Dubai, Doha is an ideal addition to hotels at attractive locations. The scheme is currently in final design stage. The project is slated for completion in December 2016.
