This project is in Kuwait. The scope of work of this project involves Study, Design, Supply, Construction (Installation), Testing, Commissioning Operation, Maintenance and Warranty for Rooftop Solar PV Power Plant at Public Authority for Industry Headquarter Building. National Technology Enterprises Company (NTEC) is seeking for Local EPC Contractor with recent experience with: more than 250kWp Rooftop PV Power Plant in Kuwait, EPC Local Contractor must be approved by the Ministry of Electricity and Water in the State of Kuwait. NTEC as Project Management Construction Management (PMCM) Company will manage this Project through Planning, Design, Construction and Operation & Maintenance. This Tender Document is made for Study, Design, Supply, Construction (Installation), Testing, Commissioning, Operation, Maintenance and Warranty for Rooftop PV Power Plant at Public Authority for Industry Headquarter Building (The Project). NTEC as PMCM for this project is hereby invited to tender for turnkey Engineering Procurement and Contracting and further Operations and Maintenance services for the above this Solar Project. The project consists of a solar power plant that is to be designed, installed and maintained on the rooftop of the Client facility. The site has a concrete roof with an expected capacity in the range of 260kWp. The estimated project cost for Solar IPP is over US$400mn and the project will be built, owned and operated by the winning consortium. The project will be commercially operational by June 2021. Keeping in line with the sustainability initiative of the Client, the project should be a high-quality state of the art installation with specific emphasis on safety, reliability and long-terms operation of the components.
