The Entisar Tower will be located on Sheikh Zayed Road, next to the existing Fairmont Hotel in Dubai. The project involves construction of a mixed use tower standing 570 metre high comprising 121 floors consist of office and retail spaces, serviced residences, a boutique hotel offering 444 serviced apartments and residential villas. The serviced apartments ranging from one to three bedrooms, cover a total area of 66,300 square metres across 37 floors of the 100-storey-plus building, set to be one of the tallest in Dubai. The project will also include spa and fitness centers featuring an indoor running track and tennis courts, while the community tower will house nine pools as well as private and community Sky Gardens. The Clubhouse, located on the top floor, will be home to a late-night rooftop nightclub experience with vistas across the infinity pool roll over city, beach and desert landscapes.
