This project involves the development of Sahara Mall (West Expansion) on Plot No. 549 at Al Nahda Road in Sharjah. The proposed scheme intends to extend the existing Sahara City shopping mall towards the west targeting to introduce a wide range of high-end retail spaces. It will cover an approximate built-up area of 90,000 square meters. The retails at ground and first levels intend to create a seamless connection between the existing and proposed mall. The 2nd floor is allocated for clinics function, then 5 typical floors for office use with a landscaped podium at Level 3. The parking requirement for this mall and offices is met by the proposed 3 basements. The project is currently under tendering stage.
