The RP Heights 51-storey residential tower located will be located at Plot No. 345-394 in Downtown Dubai and cover a total built-up area of 769,000 square feet. The project includes 306.58 square meters fitness amenities with an exclusive childrenÂ’s play area, 6000 square entrance, 2 large infinity-end swimming pools on levels 5 and 41, feet lobby, male and female changing rooms, fitness and yoga studios, massage room, steam, sauna, modernistic outdoor lounge and seating area.The ground-breaking ceremony was held recently. Six companies are competing to win the enabling works contract. Names of firms have not been revealed. An award is expected soon. A tender for the main construction contract will be floated in mid August 2015. The building is expected to be ready for occupation in last quarter of 2017.
