Construction of ten residential apartment buildings with capacity to accommodate (14,000) people. This project will be located within the Coastal Village in Tabuk region of Saudi Arabia. The first five apartment buildings are expected to be completed by Q3 2020 and the remaining five by Q4 in the same year, delivering a total of 300 apartments. Initially, some of the properties would be used to accommodate the 25,000 construction workers who will be building the infrastructure and assets. Later, when the project is fully operational, it would be repurposed to meet the needs of employees working at the various hotels, commercial and retail assets, entertainment facilities and corporate offices. This project is part of the local Touristic Development. It involves the development of resorts on more than 50 natural islands located between the cities of Umluj and Al Wajho. The project includes hotels and luxury residential units, as well as all logistical infrastructure including air, land and sea transport hubs.
