This project involves construction of Residence Inn By Marriott Al Jaddaf on Plot No. DHC2.A.02 in Dubai. The hotel will be operated by Marriott International. The project involves construction of 4 star hotel comprising a ground floor and 12 additional floors consisting a total of 135 units. Schematic design is currently underway and expected to be completed by May 2016. Client is expected to float a tender for the main construction contract by midJune 2016 once the design is approved by Dubai Municipality. Construction is planned to commence by fourth quarter of 2016, with project hand over scheduled for fourth quarter of 2018.
