This project involves construction of “Radisson RED Hotel” within Dubai Silicon Oasis, located just 14 kilometers from Dubai International Airport and 33 kilometers from Al Maktoum International Airport, with easy accessibility due to its close proximity to major highways. The hotel will comprise 171 rooms. In addition to a selection of creative signature dining outlets, the hotel will also include an outdoor terrace and a number of reading rooms. The hotel will be at the center of Silicon Park with a promenade of various food and restaurant outlets along with a business center and dedicated meeting facilities connected to the property. According to Rankoussi, Radisson Red will be a fresh addition to the UAE hotel market which still seems to have a heavy presence of luxury hotels, but is witness to a growing demand for mid-scale and upscale hotels, as well as places where people can share and connect in a flexible and fun environment.
