This project will be located at Dragon City, north of the existing Dragon Mart 1 in Dubai. Construction of a new 3-star Hotel comprising (304) rooms. Plot area of the hotel is approximately 5,600 square meters and the built-up area is approximately 16,900 square meters. The hotel will offer other amenities, including a restaurant, a coffee shop under the Costa Coffee franchise and a gymnasium. Dragon City is a retail, residential, hospitality and leisure destination in Dubai, comprising shopping malls, showrooms, multistory car parks, hotels and a two-tower residential complex. Dragon City currently features Dragon Mart 1, Dragon Mart 2 and a 3-star Ibis Styles hotel.
