This project involves construction of Port Saeed Hotel on Plot No. 129-185 at Deira in Dubai. The project involves construction of a 3-star hotel building comprising a basement level, a ground floor, a mezzanine floor, 12 additional floors and a roof featuring 240 rooms with gym services. Foundation works are currently in progress. The hotel is Perfectly located on Al Garhoud Road, which is a 5 minutes’ walk to Deira City Centre and within 5 minutes’ drive from Dubai International Airport “DXB”.
