Pipe Manufacturing Facility Project - Khalifa Industrial Zone Abu Dhabi
This project will be developed on a 200,000-square-meter plot of land in Khalifa Industrial Zone Abu Dhabi (Kizad) and serve the oil and gas sector. The master developer of ports and industrial zones, Abu Dhabi Ports, has signed an agreement with Al Gharbia Pipe Company to establish this facility. Once fully operational, the project is set to reach production capacity 240000 tonnes annually. The new line will be designed to make pipes up to 12.2 meters long with an outside diameter ranging from 18 to 56 inches. The maximum wall thickness will be 44.5 millimetres.
