This project involves the Development and Improvement of Parks in Al-Andalus, Al-Defi & Najed in Saudi Arabia. The Scope of Work of this project consists of the development and improvement of Al-Huwaylat District and three 3 parks; Al-Andalus, Al-Defi and Najed, complete with infrastructure connections. Procure and Construct of all Works including: site improvement and site preparation, demolition and earthworks, roads and car parks, storm drainage system, potable and fire water distribution system, sanitary wastewater collection system, irrigation distribution system, electrical power distribution system, area lighting system, telecommunication, instrumentation, signage and landscaping. Building work includes site works, concrete works, masonry works, metals, wood and plastics, thermal and moisture protection, doors and windows, finishes, specialties, mechanical (plumbing, fire protection and HVAC system) and electrical works. The Program adds to the improvement and broadening of stimulation openings in the Kingdom so as to give different exercises to suit all general public portions in various districts. To accomplish this objective, the Program empowers the private area and remote speculators to assume a noteworthy job in the development of amusement offices. The Program looks to make a water park, 3 theme parks and 16 family diversion focuses by 2020. Selling RFP Documents: The Request for Proposal (RFP) documents will be available for purchase from the Royal Commission Building, Jubail by submitting the following: 1. A declaration signed by a duly authorized representative of the Company/Establishment certifying that the Company/Establishment possesses the required official documents mentioned above and authorizing the declaration bearer to pay documents value and collect the RFP documents. 2. A certified non-refundable check from a Saudi Arabian Bank drawn in favor of Royal Commission in Jubail.
