This project involves construction of Omis Tower on Plot No. 75/74 in Al Qasimia (Block 4) area of Sharjah. The project is about Construction of a commercial and residential building comprising 2 basement levels, a ground floor, 3 parking levels, (21) additional floors, 2 roofs and a helipad. The building is being owned by local investors. Local Contracting & Maintenance Company has been awarded the main construction contract. Work is expected to commence soon on site. The scheme is expected to be completed in April 2015.
