Oil Storage Terminal Expansion Project - Phase 3
This project will be built at Port of Fujairah on the east coast of United Arab Emirates (UAE). The scope of work of this project involves Engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contract for the expansion of an oil storage terminal to about 640,000 cubic metres. It is being implemented in joint venture with an Switzerland-based company. Abu Dhabi: Fujairah is set to become a global oil storage and trading hub due to its unique location as well as access to pipelines for crude. The port is in a unique location right in the middle of the shipping lines between east and west and is in deep water with good connectivity for all the companies as well as access to refining capacity. Sharjah-based an Engineering Consultancy has been appointed to carry out the front-end engineering and design (FEED) phase. Sharjah-based another Engineering Consultants is the engineering consultant on this scheme. The joint venture has invited interested companies to submit expressions of interest (EoI) on this scheme.
