This project involves construction of Mulberry at Park Heights, a mid-rise residential development located on Plot No. PA17 within Dubai Hills Estate, an integral part of Mohammed Bin Rashid City. Construction of a residential complex comprising around (330) apartment units. It will be implemented in 2 phases comprising 4 towers in each phase. Each tower includes a basement, ground floor and 6 floors. Building A1 consists of 75 apartment units (21 Nos. one-bedroom, 23 Nos. two-bedroom, 30 Nos. three-bedroom and 1 four-bedroom); Building A2 will consist of 87 apartment units (2 Nos. one-bedroom, 54 Nos. two-bedroom, 30 Nos. three-bedroom and 1 four-bedroom); Building B1 comprises (101) apartment units (28 Nos. one-bedroom, 54 Nos. two-bedroom, 17 Nos. three-bedroom and 2 Nos. four-bedroom); Building B2 consists of (75) apartment units (21 Nos. one-bedroom, 35 Nos. two-bedroom, 17 Nos. three-bedroom and 2 Nos. four-bedroom). The scheme will also feature green verdant landscape and common terrace areas. Residents at the complex will also have access to amenities such as an 18-hole golf course, a tennis academy, an outdoor swimming pool, and jogging and bicycle tracks, hotels, schools, multi-purpose hall, healthcare & fitness facilities with steam and sauna rooms, childrenÂ’s play areas and family spaces..
