Mixed-use Buildings Project - Deira Waterfront Development (Plot 3)

The Deira Waterfront Development is located in the northern portion of the existing Deira District, across the street from the old Souqs and fronting the famous Dubai Creek. This project involves construction of four mid-rise commercial and residential towers with a common basement, located on plot 3 on Plot Nos. 111-4730 and 888-4532(03), which is part of the first phase of Deira Waterfront development in Dubai . • Tower A will comprise ten (10) floors, • Tower B consists of fourteen (14) floors, • Tower C will have fifteen (15) floors, while • Tower D, which is a hotel will comprise sixteen (16) floors. The scheme is being developed by Deira Waterfront Development, which is a wholly-owned real estate subsidiary of the client. Selected contractors have been invite to submit bids for the main contract.
