Maryam Island is a major development spreading across 460,000 square meters. The masterplan features residential apartments, retail outlets, four and five-star hotels, waterfront food and beverage outlets, as well as a Souq and various facilities such as a spa, a fitness club, a swimming pool, and a childrenÂ’s play area.Maryam Island will stretch across 36.4ha with residential housing, apartments, offices, hotels, cinema and entertainment zones. The scheme is currently in concept stage and is expected to be completed by the end of 2020.
