This project involves the construction of Marina Rise Tower on Plot No. C3, Zone RT, Sector 2 at Al Reem Island in Abu Dhabi. Construction of a high-rise tower comprising 2 basements, a ground floor, 2 parking levels, and (24) typical floors. The development of approximately 800 hectares of land to accommodate a range of residential and commercial uses that will be supported by recreational amenities and community facilities. Each tower will cover a total built-up area of 37,500 square meters and consists of 85 Nos. Studios, 117 Nos. One-bedroom, 25 Nos. Two-bedroom and 6 Nos. Three-bedroom. Parking facilities are located on two basements, ground floor, and two podium floors to accommodate (171) cars, in addition to the building services. The ground floor comprises one main entrance lobby to serve the building. The health club, the swimming pools, and their facilities are located on the first floor. The prime objective is to ensure the development of living community on RI, where people can live, earn, play and have educational and health facilities in the same vicinity.Commercial/ restaurant area is located in front of the canal.
