This project involves construction of Maple 1 Townhouses within Dubai Hills Estate. The scope of work includes construction of G+1 (646 Nos.) townhouses. offering three, four and five bedrooms. Maple offers a balanced lifestyle between the home and outdoors. Ranging between 2,200 and 2,700 sq. ft., the four types of homes all include a maid's room, covered parking for two cars and a generous garden. Maple townhouses have been planned along a network of green corridors, connecting the districts and providing shaded pathways, cycling and jogging tracks, exercise courses and community playgrounds, offering the perfect surrounding for family life. The lush landscaping promotes healthier communities and social interaction, while offering easy access to all of the developments' amenities. It is being implemented in joint venture with a local developer. Infrastructure works are complete. Landscaping is in progress. Structural works are complete. Finishing, joinery and mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) works are nearly complete in all units. Obtaining the Building Completion Certificate from Dubai Municipality is in progress - 4 are obtained, and 80 are underway. 112 townhouses are ready for Product Quality Assessment (PQA) inspection in preparation for final handover.
