This 5-star hotel comprising 3 towers, offering a total of (223) rooms and (60) serviced apartments featuring extensive business, sports and leisure facilities, nine F&B outlets, an infinity swimming pool, a health club, state-of-the-art spa, conference and meeting rooms as well as a large ballroom. • Tower 1 will comprise 4 basement levels, a ground floor, a mezzanine floor and (20) additional floors. • Tower 2 will comprise 4 basement levels, a ground floor, a mezzanine floor and (10) additional floors. • Tower 3 will consist of a basement level, a ground floor and (7) additional floors. Accor Hotels, the world's leading hotel operator, has announced the signing of a management agreement with the client to operate this hotel. Bids have been submitted for the main construction contract and are currently under evaluation. An award is expected in early 2016. The project is slated for completion by mid 2018.
