This project involves construction of Lusail Expressway spanning 6.2 kilometres - Package 2 , in Qatar. The 6.2-kilometre-long road will run beside Lusail mixed-use development and then to Pearl Real Estate Development. Lusail Expressway is located in a vital area that connects Doha with Lusail City, and covers many public destinations such as the Pearl in the north, via Katara and the Diplomatic Area, and a big number of residential areas, hotels, malls and other facilities. The Lusail Expressway expected to be the largest in the region featuring 7 lanes in both directions. The sald expressway will be 120 kilometers long running from central central Doha to Lusail & to Pearl Qatar.The project will also encompass the Lusail light wail network when completed. The expressway programme, undertaken by the Public Works Authority of Qatar ,is a significant infrastructure project being carried out in Doha, Qatar. It will connect the south of Doha with the north, and the east with the west.
