This project involves construction of Lulu Tower on Plot No. 45, Sector E-6 at Khalifa Street in Abu Dhabi. Client has invited contractors to submit bids for the main construction contract. The scope of work of this project involves construction of a commercial and residential building comprising a ground floor, a mezzanine floor and 18 additional floors . The project work includes retail area, offices, car park, cafeteria, garden area and its associated facilities. The fundamental highlights of the Lulu Residential Tower are straightforwardness, usefulness and reasonableness for climatic situations and public activity. Situated in Abu Dhabi city, the pinnacle comprises of three vehicle leave storm cellars with two vehicle lifts, 20 stories, and a recreation housetop territory with a gymnasium and pool. Al Lulu is approximately 124,000 sq. ft. furthermore, houses 72, two-room condos just as a retail territory and workplaces. The project is expected to open in Q4 of 2017.
