This project involves construction of Legoland Hotel located next to the Legoland theme park in Dubai Parks and Resorts. The lego themed will be the first of its kind in the middle east. The project is about Construction of a hotel comprising a ground floor and four floors offering (250) rooms. With Dubai set as leisure destination for the whole family this great addition to the existing theme park and water park. The lego land also feature with toys and decotrations made of lego bricks are placed on wall, bed, rooms etc. The hotel being built on a 30,000 square feet of land, is a collaboration between Dubai-based leisure and entertainment company DXB Entertainments PJSC and Merlin Entertainments Group. The child-friendly development will be themed with Lego characters, colors and Lego elements. Lego story-lines and characters will adorn guest common areas and rooms, and the hotel will be fitted with disco elevators and a castle plays and adventure area which will provide for an immersive experience. The development will have easy access to Legoland Dubai and Legoland Waterpark.
