Construction of the second phase (A) part of King Faisal Medical City (1350 beds) located in the southern province, Asir, Saudi Arabia. The King Faisal Medical City (KFMC) in the southern province (Abha) is a world-class healthcare centre in Asir, Saudi Arabia. The project would be developed on a 260,000-square-metre plot and is expected to be completed by first quarter 2021. Scope of work includes construction of medical centres, facilities buildings, an administrative building, underground parking, a convention centre, a hotel as well as utilities and infrastructure works. The specialty hospitals are distributed between the north and south towers which includes: 200-beds Medical Rehabilitation Center 200-beds Cardiac Center 200-bed Oncology Cente 200-bed Outpatient clinic 150-bed Neurology Center 100-bed Ophthalmology Center The project also includes underground parking, convention center, hotel, utilities, road and related infrastructure works.
