This project involves development of Jewel of the Creek mixed-use scheme in Dubai - Package 9. The development will comprise of a 4-star hotel, a 3-star hotel, a multi-purpose exhibition center and two non-alcoholic hotels. each comprising (400) rooms, two non-alcoholic hotels, a marina and a multipurpose exhibition center. It is currently under design. A tender for the main construction contract is expected to be floated this year. The hotels will be operated by Roda Hotels.
