This project involves construction of Janusia Villas, located at Yufrah 2 area within Damac Hills in Dubai. Construction of (478) villas and townhouses comprising ground plus first floor and ground plus two floors. It will comprise (19) villas and (459) townhouses. The villas are designed to have a concrete structure and block with internal and external finishes. Local Actco General Contracting Company has been appointed as the main contractor. The scheme is expected to be completed by June 2018.
