This project involves construction of “Intercity Hotel”, which will be built as part of a complex, including a business center and the new headquarters for the Institute of Public Administration in the ministries area in Al Khuwair. The project's scope of work consists of a 6-storey hotel building located at Al Khuwayr, Muscat, Oman. The hotel offering 285 rooms, including 12 suites with a restaurant and bar. The hotel also includes the conference area will include three events rooms over an area of 340 square meters with its fitness facilities offering a gym and swimming pool. The inn project is a piece of a mind boggling, which will likewise have a business focus and the new home office for the Institute of Public Administration (IPA). The central station building improving IPA's ability to 20,000 learners for each year .
