The project's scope of work consists of infrastructure works for villas in Qetaifan Islands south 1, 2 and 3 of Lusail City, North of Doha, Qatar. Brief Description of Work: CP08-A2 is an infrastructure project consisting of utilities and roadways construction servicing Qetaifan Islands South (QS1 to 3). Infrastructure works associated with this package comprising of but not limited to: Villa roads on Islands QS 1.2 & 3. All associated electrical cabling water mains, sewage system, storm drainage, irrigation system, gas supply, and telecommunications. All signage and street lighting. Landscaping for roads. Testing and commissioning of all utilities by specialist Third Party consultant. Geotechnical/geophysical field investigation and testing by a specialized Third Party contractor . A joint venture of companies is prepared the detailed infrastructure plans and will supervise construction for the next 5 years. Another International Co. is the master planner.
