This project involves execution of roads and infrastructure works for the Wasl Gate development at Jebel Al in Dubai. The project involves the construction of 257 townhouses comprising a ground floor and an additional floor, covers an area of 1.23 million sqm. The project will also include related infrastructure works. These town homes feature 3 bedroom and 4 bedorom townhouses donning immaculate infrastructures and state-of-the-art interiors. The project is located on a 1.5 million square meter site next to the Energy metro station in Jebel Ali across Sheikh Zayed Road from the Dubai Aluminium complex. Construction works have not yet commenced at site. The scheme is due for completion by mid-2018.
