This project involves execution of infrastructure works for innovation hub in Dubai Internet City - Contract PT163/4. 1.8 million square feet is set aside to create a vibrant community of innovators exploring new ideas in technology, new media, smart education and the sciences. The new business park is at the heart of Dubai premier commercial zones, and adjacent to the Dubai Internet City, Dubai Media City and Knowledge Village. The centrepiece of the Innovation Hub is a massive cluster of communications and technology facilities. Meanwhile, boutique offices rub shoulders with commercial spaces, retail offerings and hospitality developments in a carefully laid out master plan. Local Transport & General Contracting has been appointed as the main contractor. Construction works are currently in progress. Work is expected to be completed by December 2017.
