The project's scope of work involves the infrastructure works at the spine road located at Qetaifan Islands south 1, 2 and 3 of Qetaifan Islands South, Qatar. Brief Description of Work: CP8-A1 is an infrastructure project consisting of structures, utilities and roadways construction servicing Qetaifan Islands South (QS1 to 3). Works associated with this package comprising of but not limited to: Spine Road including connection to Bridges 8 and 9. Access road to the Marina. All associated electrical cabling, water mains, sewage system, storm drainage, irrigation system, gas supply and telecommunications. Development of streets include: 11 KV substations , Electrical Cabling, Framework offices, for example, structures, utilities and roadways , Gas supply, Water system framework , Sewage siphoning stations , Sewage framework , Spine street interfacing with extensions 8 and 9. 3 No Underground car parks for the Marina including approach ramps and VVIP Building. MEP works for car parks including access control, CCTV, etc. All signage, street lighting and traffic lights . Landscaping for main roads . Testing and commissioning of all utilities , sub stations and pumping stations by a specialist Third Party consultant. Geotechnical/geophysical field investigation and testing by a specialized Third Party contractor.
