The scope of work of this project involves construction of a 16-storey hotel tower. . The hotel building includes basement, ground floor, 2 podium,14 additional floors, mechanical floor, lower roof and roof hotel. This project will built on Plot No. DJAZ4106 at Downtown Jebel Ali in Dubai. The upcoming ibis hotel will have 252 guestrooms on 16 floors once it is complete on the eastern side of the Jumeirah Village Circle community. It is one of the 17 hotel projects with about 6,000 new guestrooms and serviced apartments Nakheel has lined up for the emirate in an expansion program totaling Dh5 billion. The pipelineÂ’s projects are set to be developed in Palm Jumeirah, the Deira Islands, Jumeirah Village and Dragon City. The emirates Investments Group, part of the client has issued the tender for main construction contract in early March with bid submissions scheduled for April 2019. Construction is expected to start by the end of July 2019 and complete by the end of fourth quarter of 2021. An KEO International has been appointed the design, lead, and Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) consultant for the project.
