This project involves construction of staff accommodation buildings on Plot 811-1445, in Warsan 3, Dubai, located approximately 3kms to the West from Academic City and 4kms to the South from Dragon Mart. The project is about Construction of (26) residential buildings in a resort-style layout comprising 3,866 residential units. Community consist of Storied Hotel Staff Accommodation Buildings. There are 3 types of typical buildings, studio apartments of two types and 1 bed room apartments. The studio apartments are designed around an elaborately landscaped courtyard forming a typical cluster. The common facilities provided are gymnasium, semi-olympic size swimming, outdoor play courts and a community park complete with water features, jogging track and childrenÂ’s play areas. The development involves the construction of buildings which will provide hospitality employees with 3,866 residential units involving a built-up area of 241,547 square meters. The units will be distributed between 3,380 shared rooms, 360 studio units, and 126 one bedroom units and will feature numerous recreational facilities including green lawns, swimming pools, a health club, and sports stadiums where hotel staff can play handball and basketball. Client has awarded the main contract to Contracting Co. The project is expected to be completed by Q4, 2020.
