This project will be located at Al Salata area in Doha, Qatar. In first instance planned as a residential building with 84 apartments, the design was changed during construction into a more luxurious 140 hotel apartment building. The luxury level of the apartments is immediately obvious in the selected sanitary wares, the integrated home automation, a system providing telephone, data and television network in one scheme. To complete the picture, residents have the use of a swimming pool with gymnasium and sauna. Local Engineering Contracting & Trading has been appointed as the main contractor. The development is expected to be completed by December 2018.
