This project will be located in Al Assimah area of Kuwait City. The contract will include construction, accomplishment, furnishing and maintenance of the court complex. Design and construction of a new 26-storey court complex in Al Assimah area, covering a built-up area of 143,680 square metres spread over (20) floors, and a total 71,622 square metres of car parking at the base of the building. The administrative section of the complex will be built on 3,9000 square meters to accommodate 1334 employees. Invitation to bid for the main contract is expected in April 2010, with submission of bids expected in June 2010. An award is anticipated by August 2010, with construction expected to commence in October 2010. A consultant will be appointed in October 2008.
