The Gulf Paradise project will be developed on Plot No. SM13-03 at Saadiyat Island in Abu Dhabi. The project's scope of work consists of 2 commercial and residential buildings each with 9 floors located on Saadiyat Island in Abu Dhabi. The buildings comprise 80 units and will spread over an area of 25,000 square meters, of which 2500 square meters dedicated to retail area. The project has been awarded for more than 500 main piles for the foundation of two towers (600mm diameter maximum depth of 18 meter) and for 341 linear meter of diaphragm wall, executed with hydromill, for the excavation of one basement car park (600mm Thickness up to maximum depth of 14 meter). Submission of bids is currently underway for the main construction contract. An award is expected in early 2017.
