It will comprise 204 residential villas, each consisting of: • A ground floor and • 1 floor offering four and five bedrooms with state-of-the-art facilities. The developer is offering an 18-month post handover payment plan. This is Overlooking of Emaar South’s 200-acre championship golf course. Golf Link Villas is an epitome of urban living with top-notch Villas by the much renowned development entity Emaar Properties. Bids have been submitted for the main construction contract and are currently under evaluation. Names of bidders have not been disclosed. An award is expected in October 2017. The development is slated for completion by December 2019.
