This project involves construction of Golf Estates residential community in Ajman. It is the Phase 2 of Al Zorah development. Construction of a gated residential community project comprising (800) villas. Estates have an open-plan ground floor with clear perspectives towards the green and mangroves. The lower floor of these 375 sqm two-story manors incorporates a liberal private patio nursery, living/feasting territory, think about/office space, large kitchen, pantry, laundry and maidÂ’s room, guest bathroom and service access from the parking area. Upstairs, a master bedroom and two ensuite bedrooms are linked to a family sitting area. Villas are set in gardens and come with a large terrace and shaded parking space for two cars. Client will float a tender for the main construction contract in two months. Lebanon-based Maria Group has been appointed as architects for the villas.
