Gheyath Tower Project - Business Bay
The project involves construction of a commercial and residential Gheyath Tower, will be located on Plot No. BB.A03.040 at Business Bay in Dubai . The tower comprises a ground floor, 3 parking levels and 21 additional floors. The 25-storey mixed use building Gheyath Tower was originally proposed in 2007 but fell victim to the financial crisis and was never built. The building has since been redesigned and construction began in early 2015. The building is being owned by a local investor. A Local Emirates Foundations has been awarded a contract to carry out the enabling works. Site preparation works are currently in progress.
