The project is about construction of a new five-star hotel . This hotel will be located in Samhan district of Addriyah in Saudi Arabia. The proposed hotel design includes a souk (market) and a miseum area where traditional construction systems will be displayed. This project, aims to bring together the historical look and feel of approximately 40 historic mud buildings in the Samhan District with a modern five-star hotel, is under the supervision of the Saudi Commission for Tourism and National Heritage, and is the first hospitality related renovation project in the country. The 41 buildings, 14300 sqm site located at the outskirts of Bejiri neighborhood, on King Faisal highway of Derea'aya.
