This project involves construction of building no. 35 for the Emirates Real Estate Corporation (EREC), “Federal Courts Complex” and Ministry of Justice building in Abu Dhabi. This commercial building comprise • A basement floor, • Ground floor and • Three (3) floors consisting of • courtrooms, • Offices, • Theatre, • Gate building, • Service building, • Roads, • Parking facilities and other amenities. • All associated services including miscellaneous refurbishment and adjustments of various existing services work and structures. The total built-up area will be around 37,380 square meters. This project is a Pearl 2 Estidama rating and handed over in 2018.
