This project involves construction of a commercial building “ENOC Tower” in the prestigious Downtown Dubai area. It will comprise: • Two (2) basement levels, • Seven (7) podium levels for on-site parking and • 34 additional floors. • 1 comfort floor with bistro zone • Storm cellar. ENOC Tower is a proposed business tower in Downtown Dubai close Burj Khalifa Tower and Dubai Metro Station. In addition, the structure endeavors to accomplish a LEED Gold Standard in both plan and construction. The principle aim for inside structure is to propose a brilliant and breezy condition where the respectable materials as wood and stone, will be available. Catchphrases: Accessibility, Efficiency, Contemporary, Soft hues and tough materials. The idea for the Typical Floors is thought as a completely adaptable, present day and exquisite workplace. The internal lighting scheme focused on achieving the optimal lighting conditions for the diverse functions inside the building, while enhancing the interior design and reducing the energy consumption to a bare minimum. The Category A office building will cover a built-up area of 62,867 square meters. The development is currently under design stage.
