This project involves construction of Dream Hotel located in Doha, Qatar. It will cover a total built-up area of 62,810 m2. The project covers the construction of a 5 star hotel 8 floors having 325-rooms covering a built up area of 62810 sq. m, the property will feature nine dining and nightlife venues, plus much more with related facility. It is expected to open in late 2019. The cost is expected approximately $300 million. Dream Doha will be designed by Meyer Davis, and is expected to open in late 2019. The Dream Hotel Group currently operates Dream Hotels, Time Hotels, The Chatwal and Unscripted Hotels. The Middle East debut for the brand is part of a $1.5-billion development plan that will include expansions across the U.S. The aim of Dream Hotels is to provide the same level of luxury in various locations worldwide. With these latest locations, it marks a new chapter for the company – to ensure it becomes a founding luxury lifestyle brand and international hospitality innovator. Client is expected to float a tender for the main contract in second quarter (mid-July) of 2017. The schematic design is expected to be completed by June 2017. Construction is anticipated to commence in the third quarter of 2017, with completion slated for fourth quarter of 2019.
