The project's scope of work consists of a 14-storey hotel building offers 220 luxury bedrooms spanning over a total area of 28,000 square metres along with provision of new outdoor areas and car park. The building automation involves lighting, ventilation, air-conditioning, security & technology services. The scope of works MEP include Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of HVAC system, Plumbing & Drainage, Fire Protection Systems, Electrical and ELV systems, including MEP external works. The original structure, dating from 1972 (originally Gulf Hotel), was restored with modern facades, integrating latest structural techniques. The scheme is currently in detailed design stage.
