The Diamond (93-storey) residential tower located at Jeddah Corniche in Saudi Arabia. Design and construction of a residential tower comprising a ground floor, 10 parking levels and 82 additional floors offering 300 apartments.The last ten floors in the tower will have a private elevator for each flat. Submission of bids for the main contract is expected by April 2008. An award is anticipated in June 2008, with construction expected to commence by end of June 2008. The project's scope of work consists of a located at Jeddah Corniche, Ash Shati, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Once completed it will become Saudi Arabia's second tallest building, and one of the tallest residential buildings in the world. This twisted residential structure is one of its kinds and will comprise of approximately 300 residential units; 1, 2, 3, and 4 bedroom apartments and penthouses.
