The project's scope of work involves the installation of DI transmission pipelines and GRP risers at Al Helio Area, Ajman. The scope includes surveying, designing, preparing hydraulic study by competent consultant, supplying, laying in trench, testing, washing and disinfection and commissioning of DI Pipelines (DN100 to DN600) with a total length of about 15 kilometers, including the installation of new GRP risers to existing tanks along with maintenance and warranty period of twelve months. The tender is open to bona fide companies who are qualified, experienced and licensed by concerned authorities. The tenderer must be a UAE national, individual or a company owned by nationals or a company in which 51% of the share capital is owned by nationals or Free Zone Company. The tenderer must also bring Trade License copy and Proof of completion certificates. FTOC/PTOC of at least one project of similar type shall be submitted before purchasing the tender documents. 1.LANDHOLDER ENGAGEMENT AND ACCESS APPROVALS: Meetings are held with influenced landholders to talk about and concur access to their properties amid pipeline development and progressing activity. 2. Review AND FENCING: The pipeline course is studied and fencing altered to encourage access amid development. 3. CLEAR AND GRADE: Graders, bulldozers and excavators are commonly used to clear and set up the easement prepared for development to start. Top-soil and vegetation are accumulated independently to aid reclamation works after the pipeline is finished. 4. Hanging: Pipe is transported in to the easement and laid start to finish alongside where the channel will be burrowed.Offers should be accompanied by an unconditional Bid Bond equivalent to 5% of the total value of offer, valid for 180 days. The said Bid Bond should be issued by a bank operating in UAE. Offers to be submitted in one original and one copy in a plain sealed envelope and deposited in Tender Box at the Authority's head office in Dubai.
